1.5 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

1 oz ALTAR Aphrodisiac

0.5 oz Bols Yogurt liqueur

0.5 oz Maple syrup

4 slices of peaches

Grated cinnamon

Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Mix all non-alcoholic ingredients in mixing tin or glass.  Muddle peaches.  Add liquor, ice and shake.  Double-strain over fresh ice in a bucket glass.  Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1 oz Premium Small Batch
Aged Rum
3/4 oz Premium Espresso Liqueur
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Cream
1 Egg Yolk
Star Anise

 

Mix all ingredients. Dry shake. Add
ice, shake and strain. Grate star
anise so it looks dusted.

1 oz Milk
1 oz Premium Cognac

 

Heat Aphrodisiac just to a boil. Add freshly brewed chai tea and milk and stir over low heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into a coffee cup. Add 1 shot of cognac and enjoy with a chocolate biscotti.

1 tsp Finely Grated Dark Chocolate

 

Heat ALTAR aphrodisiac and 2
oz almond milk just to a boil. Stir
while cooking over low heat. Fill
2 espresso cups with the “love
potion.” Steam and froth remaining
1/2 oz almond milk. Delicately top
each espresso cup with a spoonful
of milk. Garnish with finely grated
dark chocolate. For an extra
surprise use both white and
dark chocolate.

2 oz Coconut Water
1 1/2 oz Fresh Apple Juice
1 Peeled Apple Slice
1 tsp Chestnut Honey
1 pinch Fresh Nutmeg

 

Mix Aphrodisiac, coconut water and apple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Muddle 1 peeled apple slice. Add to shaker. Add honey. Shake aggresively. Strain and serve over ice. Top with a pinch of finely ground nutmeg.

Seductively Glazed
Pork & Peaches

1 Pork Tenderloin (1 1/2-2 lbs)
1 1/3 cups Altar Aphrodisiac (divided)
1 whole Vanilla Bean
2 whole Star Anise
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
Kosher Salt (to taste)
Freshly Ground Black
Pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
4 medium Peaches (halved, pitted)
6 sprigs Fresh Thyme (leaves removed)

 

1. Place tenderloin into a ziplock bag, pour 1/3 cup Altar Aphrodisiac over pork. Seal bag and massage Aphrodisiac into pork; marinate overnight.
2. In a small saucepan, combine remaining Altar Aphrodisiac, vanilla bean, star anise, and agave; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until reduced to 1/2 cup. Cool and refrigerate until ready.
3. Transfer pork onto a large plate, season with salt and pepper. Allow pork to sit for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; once hot, add grapeseed oil. Add pork to the pan; sear tenderloin on all sides, about 3 minutes each side. Once seared, add peaches and transfer to the oven.
5. Cook pork for 4 minutes. Then pour 1/4 cup of glaze over the pork, turning the pork to coat with glaze. Cook for another 6 minutes. Transfer pork to a platter and tent with foil. Allow pork to rest for about 8 minutes before slicing.
Sprinkle thyme leaves onto pork and peaches. Serve with remaining glaze and sauteed cabbage.
