1.5 oz Milagros Tequila Reposado

1 oz Altar Restore

0.75 oz lime juice

0.75 oz cilantro simple syrup

1 pinch of pink peppercorn

Garnish with 3 cilantro leaves

 

Mix all ingredients in tin or glass.  Add ice and shake.  Strain into a coupe glass.  Garnish with 3 cilantro leaves

Mix ALTAR Restore and vodka
in a cocktail shake with ice.
Shake, strain, and serve up in a

1/2 oz Premium Mezcal
1 oz Premium Orange-Flavored
Brandy Liqueur
1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice

 

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail
shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and
serve on the rocks. Garnish with a
lime slice.

1 1/2 oz ALTAR Restore
1 1/2 oz Premium Aged Tequila
1/2 oz Honey Simple (1:1 honey
and water)
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Cucumber Slices, Peeled
Pinch Salt

Dash Hot Sauce

Muddle two slices of cucumber in
a pint glass with the salt and lemon
juice. Add all the other ingredients
to the glass and shake with ice.
Dump into a Collins glass, add ice
to fill the glass, then top off with an
IPA style beer. Garnish with a slice
of cucumber.

 

Garden Lemonade  altar restore

1 1/2 oz Premium Cucumber Vodka
1  oz Lemonade

Mix all ingredients in martini shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve over ice in a collins glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and dill spring.

3 Cubes of Pineapple
1 Dash of Serrano Chili Smoke Salt + Trechas Salt Blended Together
 

Muddle pineapple in bottom of mixing glass. Add ALTAR Restore, tequila, mezcal and ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Double strain in a glass and serve up.

Handful of muddled Pomegranate
Sparkling Water

 

Mix all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice. Shake aggressively, strain and serve over ice.

Restoration and The Sea

1 cup ALTAR Restore
1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 lb Tilapia (diced)
1/2 cup Jicama (diced)
1/3 cup Green Olives (preferably Manzanillo, roughly chopped)
1/3 cup Sundried Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Serrano Chile (minced)
Kosher Salt (to taste)
Freshly Ground Black
Pepper (to taste)

 

Combine Altar Restore, lime juice, and tilapia in a medium bowl; mix well. Cover with plastic and refrigerate fish for 3 hours to “cook”.
Once fish has “cooked”, pour off most of the juice. Add remaining ingredients and taste; adjust seasoning if necessary. Return ceviche to the refrigerator until ready to serve; at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
